Bai Xian Pi / Burning bush root is used for digestive and urogenital
disorders, and to promote hair growth.
Topically, burning bush root is used for eczema, impetigo, and
scabies.
Also In Chinese medicine (China and Korea), Bai Xian Pi Burning Bush
root is applied topically for arthritis, fever, hepatitis, skin
inflammation, thread fungus, uterine hemorrhages, to calm children crying
as a result of a nervous state, and as a sedative and tonic.
In folk medicine, Bai Xian Pi / Burning Bush root is used as a
diuretic and spasmolytic.
Historically, burning bush root was used for desiccation, epilepsy,
hysteria, worm infestations, and to promote menstruation.
In India, burning bush root is used for amenorrhea and birth control.
