Early Fumitory, Squirrel Corn, Turkey Corn. Corydalis cava.
Family: Fumariaceae.

 

 

Yan Hu Suo Properties: PUNGENT, BITTER - WARM Dosage: 4.5 12g.

Corydalis Rhizome Meridian: HEART, LIVER, LUNG, STOMACH

-invigorate blood, promote movement of Qi

-alleviate pain

 

Also Used For:

Orally, Yan Hu Suo is used for mild depression, neuroses, emotional disturbances, severe nerve damage, and limb tremors. It is also used orally as a mild sedative and tranquilizer, hallucinogen, to lower blood pressure, and to relax small intestine peristalsis.
