Ok i have a case study : male 44 pale tongue thick white coating on sides and root, and it can not come out past his teeth, also seems quite large lot of white mucous in throat. pulse is full but superficial and fast.

symptoms are: chronic dry cough with yellow sputum, slight shortness of breath with wheezng. craving for bitter and sour foods. 1 bowel movement a day. stomach cramps. weird taste in mouth , perhaps haliotosis, on urination it hurts and has to force out tho no burning sensation, dribbling after urination, urine is light color, heaviness of limbs, muscle cramps , tension in shoulders, lower back and neck. anxiety, anger, depression, apathy, difficulty in focus and concentration, insecurity, mood swings, sighing, suicidal thought, suspect protrate disorder , tho no tests done just his own feeling, smoke 30 a day, and has poor dietary nutrtion. drinks a lot of water but always thirsty.

it sounds like it could be a liver qi stagnation with heart fire rising, any ideas or pointer on where i should be looking for points tx and herbal formulas
